Brentwood Hills Home Owners are made up of families and friends. Each sharing the responsibility of a community that cares in the preserving and improving of the values and appearance of the community. Enhancing the quality of life throughout the community.
Brentwood Hills was established in 1989 as a deed restricted residential community. Today, the community has over 1000 homes in the Brandon-Valrico area just east of Tampa, Florida, USA. Brentwood Hills combines the convenience of location with a lifestyle for family and the professionals alike. We are conveniently located within minutes of shopping, dining and entertainment. Our Home Owners Association Board of Directors, which typically meets the 3rd Tuesday of the month at the pool and tennis area, is made up of seven volunteer homeowners with additional neighbors volunteering their time to serve on the Architectural Control Committee. Other sub-committees such as Landscaping, Deed Restriction, Newsletter, Social and Website may be appointed as needed from time to time to respond to the needs of the Association. The property is managed by McNeil Management Services, Inc., a local management company based in Brandon.
Reminder from the Brentwood Hills Board of Directors: All members protect yourself & your property by ensuring autos, garage doors and homes are locked as a wave of thefts and break-ins have plagued our community. Our Law Enforcement agencies are diligently working in identifying the perpetrators. Please report all suspicious people or activities within your community.
