Welcome to the Brentwood Hills Homeowners Association Web Site.

Brentwood Hills Home Owners are made up of families and friends. Each sharing the responsibility of a community that cares in the preserving and improving of the values and appearance of the community. Enhancing the quality of life throughout the community.

Brentwood Hills was established in 1989 as a deed restricted residential community. Today, the community has 1039 homes in the Brandon-Valrico area just east of Tampa, Florida, USA. Brentwood Hills combines the convenience of location with a lifestyle for family and the professionals alike. We are conveniently located within minutes of various opportunities for shopping, dining and entertainment. Our Homeowners Association Board of Directors, which typically meets the 3rd Monday of each month at the pool and tennis area, is made up of seven volunteer homeowners with additional neighbors volunteering their time to serve on the Architectural Control Committee. Other sub-committees such as Landscaping, Deed Restriction, Newsletter, and Website may be appointed as needed from time to time to respond to the needs of the Association. The property is managed by McNeil Management Services, Inc., a premier management company based locally in Brandon.

For information about watering restrictions, please visit the Hillsborough County Watering Restrictions web page, or the Southwest Florida Water Management District Watering Restrictions web page.
