Brentwood Hills Association Management

The Board of Directors has contracted with a professional management company to handle the day-to-day operation of the community and its facilities. The current management company, in place as of November 2009, is McNeil Management Services, Inc.
Management does things such as:
  • interact with lot owners and Architectural Control Committee to enable approval process
  • prepare and send out the annual homeowner's assessment notices & payment coupons
  • prepare and send out the annual membership meeting packages
  • pay Association bills and maintain accurate financial records of Association business
  • monitor resident properties for compliance with the Residential Guidelines and send out violation notices as required
  • monitor common areas and coordinate with vendors under contract with the Association
  • interface with title companies, realtors, attorneys, accountants, etc. regarding HOA
  • many other duties specified by contract and under the control and supervision of the Board of Directors
