You may access the approved 2025 Budget by clicking on the Member Portal Login.

Assessment coupons are due to arrive by December 1, 2025. If you have not received them by the first week of December,

please contact Management. If you are currently signed up for autopay, you will not be receiving a coupon booklet but instead

a letter will be sent to you directly from Truist Bank.
