ACC Alteration Application: Complete your application online and submit directly to the management company. Be sure to upload all required documents based on the intended alteration, such as your lot survey, images of items being added to property, contractor job specification sheets, etc. Your request will be reviewed for approval/denial within timeframe specified; most are completed within two weeks.
